

Don formed Acadia Consulting Group over twenty years ago. During that time, he has provided management and marketing consulting to organizations in a broad range of industries across the country. He has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, new product feasibility studies, research studies and marketing/advertising campaigns.
Prior to starting Acadia Consulting, Don worked for eleven years in the strategic planning and marketing areas of several prominent banks,including Fleet Financial Group and Maryland National Bank. He also worked as a senior urban planner for the Oneida County Planning Department in Utica, New York. Don sits on the Board of several companies and organizations and is extremely active in the community. He has taught various marketing courses at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Johnson & Wales University. Don received his BA from Hartwick College and did graduate work at Syracuse University. Graduate School of Bank Marketing at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
