Bryant College Executive Research

Focus groups and one on one interviews held with Corporate Executives to determine client and prospect perceptions of the Executive Development Center, its current products and communications. 3 focus groups and 20 telephone interviews completed.

Providence College School of Continuing Education Research & Marketing Plan

Focus groups conducted with students and business executives to determine service needs and how to best position the school for growth. Extensive primary and secondary research conducted prior to plan development including one-on-one interviews, focus groups, telephone interviews, and competitive research and analysis.

Providence College Faculty Research

Focus groups and a mail survey were conducted with Providence College faculty and staff to assess reaction to the faculty/staff newspaper, the Spectrum. 3 focus groups and 167 conducted.

RISD Museum Research

Focus groups conducted with patrons and prospects to determine potential positioning, programming, pricing and communications for the RISD museum. 6 focus groups conducted.

The Providence Center School Research

Focus groups and telephone interviews with special education directors in Rhode Island schools to better understand their needs in making out of district special education placements and identify potential new service offerings. Fifty percent of school districts participated.

Supporting Student Success Project

Working with key leaders in government, business, and education to develop strategies that will improve secondary education in the State of Rhode Island. Responsibilities include framing out an 18-month plan, visiting other states to glean best practices, facilitating strategy sessions with top representatives from the legislature, governor and mayors offices, DOE, businesses and other advisors, and assisting in writing the final report.

RI After School Alliance Transportation Study

Conducted strategic planning sessions, primary and secondary research to identify and quantify current transportation issues around after school programs and how best to address them. Facilitating sessions with the working group and interested stakeholders; conducting telephone interviews with public school district officials, policymakers and key influencers; and fielding an internet survey with 400+ after school program providers.
